Coaching for individuals, leaders & teams
Whether you're weighing up a change, stepping into a bigger role, or helping your team find its feet, I'm here to help you get there. I help professionals, leaders, and teams gain clarity, build confidence, and successfully navigate career transitions, leadership challenges, and professional growth opportunities.
01 · About me
Combining executive-level business experience with professional coaching expertise, I help individuals, leaders, and teams navigate change, unlock potential, and achieve lasting success. Having worked inside organisations ranging from small businesses to FTSE 250 companies, I bring practical insight, constructive challenge, and real-world experience to every coaching conversation.
Executive, Leadership & Career Coach
My career started on the shop floor in retail and has taken me through operational management, senior leadership, and Executive Committee roles. Most recently, I served as HR Director for a FTSE 250 European organisation, leading the people strategy across seven countries and supporting business growth, leadership development, and organisational change.
Having progressed from the frontline to board level, I understand the opportunities, challenges, and decisions that shape careers at every stage. For more than 30 years, I've recruited, developed, promoted, and coached people at all levels, from graduates and emerging leaders to senior executives and directors.
What makes me different is simple: I bring experience from both sides of the table. I've supported individuals navigating career transitions and leadership challenges, while also being part of the teams making decisions about recruitment, promotion, succession planning, talent development, and organisational change. That experience allows me to provide coaching that is practical, commercially grounded, and tailored to the realities of today's workplace.
Alongside extensive real-world leadership and coaching experience, I am a Chartered FCIPD professional, an ILM-qualified coach, and an accredited Insights Discovery Practitioner, Belbin Team Role Facilitator, and Leadership Trainer. Together, these qualifications and experiences enable me to help individuals, leaders, and teams build confidence, unlock potential, and achieve meaningful, lasting success.
02 · Why work with me?
Unlike many coaches, I've spent my career both supporting individuals and sitting at the decision-making table inside organisations.
I've supported people through big changes in their working lives, and I've also sat on the other side of the table, where decisions about promotion, succession and restructuring get made. That mix is what keeps the coaching practical, grounded and genuinely human.
Over 30 years spanning small businesses, charities and FTSE 250 companies. I've recruited, developed, promoted and coached talent at every level, from graduates and emerging leaders to heads of department and Directors.
Whether you're pursuing a promotion, changing careers, returning to work or developing leadership capability, I combine practical coaching with real-world business insight to help you achieve meaningful results.

03 · The Process
Coaching is a conversation, not a course. Here is how a typical engagement runs, from the first call to lasting momentum.
We start with a complimentary, no-pressure conversation about where you are now and what you would like to change. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, I will be upfront about that.
Together we set clear goals and decide the right shape: a single session for a specific decision, or a series of sessions for a bigger change.
Practical, confidential one-to-one conversations, at a pace that works around your role and life.
We check progress against what matters to you, adjust where needed, and make sure the change holds well beyond our last conversation.

We agree a format and pace that suit you, so coaching fits around your role and life.
It depends on your goal. Some people come for a single conversation to work through one decision; others prefer a series. We agree what is right for you at the discovery call.
